Learning at Work Week

Get involved with Learning at Work Week, 12 to 16 May 2025.

Learning at Work Week 2025 is all about celebrating learning and development in the workplace. This year’s theme is ‘’. It’s a great time to explore how we can connect with new ideas, each other, and opportunities to grow. There are some great events planned to help you build skills, boost motivation and be inspired.

Engaging in regular self-development activity helps you to demonstrate a willingness and ability to improve skills, identify knowledge gaps, and proactively invest in your own career.  

OpenLearn

The Open University's free e-learning platform offers bite-sized learning experiences designed to fit easily into daily life. OpenLearn’s academic-led content includes around , more than 80 badged courses, and thousands of educational games, videos and academic articles.

Chichester College Group

Chichester College Group offer a wide range of  which offer you the flexibility of studying a selection of nationally recognised qualifications across a number of sectors. Their courses cover health care, workplace skills, childcare, business and management and sports and fitness. 

Brighton MET and Northbrook College

Offer a variety of  aimed at enhancing skills and increasing knowledge, confidence and motivation.

East Sussex College

Offer a range of  in digital skills, mental health first aid, customer service and more. You can study at a time that fits around your life commitments, and you'll always have a course assessor on hand to help you with questions you might have.
