IT Services Support Portal - Email Issue
We identified an issue with incoming email into the IT Services Portal (Ivanti) on Friday 15 August 9:49pm.
We can now confirm that the issue was resolved at 10:47am today and that Ivanti is processing new incoming email as normal.
Please note that there will be a delay in processing email sent after 9:49pm on Friday 15 August.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused and will provide further updates on the Service.
